I work with ambitious business owners whose businesses typically have between three and 15 employees and are in the services sector.

They want

  • A profitable and successful business
  • A great work-life balance allowing them to have a full life outside work
  • Enough money to allow them to fulfil all their financial needs now and in the future, whether it’s saving for retirement, sending the kids to private school, or buying a second home.

But they struggle to get there on their own.

They are usually running a business that may be profitable, but not massively so. It’s not growing and they are working all hours to keep on top of it all. They’re pretty exhausted.

Why businesses don’t grow

Generally, the reasons they aren’t growing are because:

  • They have no strategy
  • There isn’t a plan on how to get to where they want
  • They don’t know what they need to do
  • There aren’t enough hours in the day to do all the things they need to to
  • They have limited support or don’t have anyone to talk to or bounce ideas off

They have the technical skills, so know their business inside out, but don’t know how to run a business effectively.

They will have ad hoc systems that seem to be working, but aren’t really, won’t let go of control and are working long hours when their staff aren’t.

How I help

I work with my clients using a mixture of structure (formal planning) followed by a bespoke action plan and regular monthly meetings to accelerates their growth, getting them to where they want to go.

I am also the back office queen so I not only provide a ton of accountability for my clients, but I do the stuff they don’t have time to do; whether it’s creating dynamic pricing spreadsheets, improving efficiencies through workflow mapping to implementing new systems. Or writing blogs and helping them with their marketing.
